Marie Hoopes

Marie Hoopes graduated from Georgetown University in 2020 with a B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Psychology, where she was an active member of the Run Club. She went on to earn her J.D. from UC Law SF (formerly known as UC Hastings) in 2023, continuing her participation in the Run Club during law school. Outside of Hoope’s academic achievements, she enjoys triathlons, cooking, and spending time with her two dogs, Circe (a Rottweiler) and Ursa (a German Shepherd/Husky), as well as her cat, Ace.

A fun fact about Marie is that she participated in the challenging Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, aligning with her commitment to sports and fitness. Sports have played a significant role in shaping Marie’s perspective on life, instilling the belief that anything is possible with dedication and hard work.
